Interim Managing Director
I am currently working with an overseas business that is strongly considering an acquisition in the UK (Scotland). As such they will require an Interim Managing Director to lead the business through the sale and subsequent integration.
As Interim Managing Director you will have responsibility for the site whilst reporting to an overseas investor. This role will also require the skills to lead a full integration of the business into the parent company.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have worked extensively in the chilled and frozen marketplace, specifically fish
· Be an FMCG specialist
· Have operated at Managing Director level previously
· Have the gravitas to embed a new and improved culture
· Be an operational and transformation change expert
