    Interim Director of Housing

    My client, a medium size housing association in the South East is looking for an experienced housing management professional that has operated at either Director of Executive Director level for at least a medium sized Registered provider.

    This role will be initially for 6 months, and within that time as well as running all of the day to day housing operations, the individual will be working closely with the director of customer experience to deliver a number of big ticket projects. These include:

    • Devising a restructure and presenting to the board
    • Providing a sizeable steer on a culture change and modernisation programme, including an ERP implementation
    • Integration work post a stock swap

    The interim will have delivered on similar projects before and within this demonstrated innovation and flexibility. They will be well versed in understanding the relationship between customer centricity and commerciality. They will also be particularly adept at internal stakeholder management whilst often being in a position to challenge the status-quo.
