Interim Director of Property Services
Our client, a provider of social housing in the south east of England is looking to engage a highly experienced interim to lead their property services function through a period of systemic change. The initial contract period is for 4 months but it is highly likely this assignment will continue.
The role encompasses both reactive maintenance and planned programmes, with the two key areas of focus centred around the delivery of a compliance improvement plan and people leadership activities.
The ideal individual will need to demonstrate a track record of transforming property services functions at executive director or director level for providers with at least 20,000 in stock. If the individual has undertaken assignments within local authorities this is a distinct advantage.
This requires an individual that is truly energised by delivering transformation through others by providing inspirational, visionary and empathetic leadership.
