    The role

    We are seeking an Assistant Director of Housing Management responsible for the development of strategic and operational plans to deliver general needs housing management services for some 3500 residents, covering lettings, income recovery, specialist ASB and fraud support, contact centre and communal services teams and to take our services forward.

    Educated to degree level or equivalent, the successful candidate will have:

    • Recent senior management experience and strong leadership skills, including operational responsibility for managing a large team.
    • Significant experience of the provision of housing management services within the social housing sector.
    • A strong track record in the design and delivery of service improvement plans, including process review and the use of new technology to improve service delivery.
