Interim Deputy Director of HR
Interim Partners are working with one of the biggest acute hospital trusts in England who are looking to bring in an Interim Deputy HR Director with a strong strategic focus.
The interim will need to be agile and somebody who is able to pick things up at pace as well as being a forward thinking and values driven Deputy Director of HR who wants to make a difference.
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
- Workforce planning for 2021/22
- Take a strong lead in workforce planning at organisation and system level
- Effectively lead a large HR and OD team
- Recruitment and job planning
- NHS experience is highly desirable
You must have a passion for staff engagement and strive to achieve high standards. Candidates must be highly motivated, organised and able to influence and negotiate at all levels. You must have an excellent track record of success at a senior level within a large NHS organisation, together with experience of working at a senior level and be a Fellow of the CIPD.
