Interim Commercial Director (GM) - B2B
My client, an office supplies and equipment business, have a need for a front-footed sales leader to drive improvements to their mostly B2B UK arm. You will lead the team in the UK reporting to the business owner.
The successful individual will have a combination of consultancy (big picture thinking on the market, customers and competitors) as well as hands-on grit and determination to deliver improvements day to day.
The business is predominantly B2B but also faces into consumers. B2B experience is vital and specific industry sub sector experience is highly desirable.
They are a small enterprise and will be interested in interims who are willing to be flexible on rate and days, potentially with an outcome-based payment in addition to a day rate.
