Interim Transformation Director - French and German Speaking
The Interim Transformation Director will predominantly work across France and Switzerland, developing and implementing a transformation plan, in accordance with the following:
Scope
- Transformation into a country organisation from the 3 individual divisions
- Implement CLA changes, new social plan and pension changes
- Reduce cost base/cash burn and improve profitability
- Identify and develop successor CEO, ideally from within the business

- Seasoned transformational leader
- Likely ex-consulting background
- Strong execution skills
- German/French speaking
