As the Interim PMO, you will support the Director for Transformation & Change and the Group Procurement Director in managing and executing the Transformation Project Plan.
Industry experience is not essential, however you must be a tried and tested Interim PMO, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. You must be a very strong communicator and have good experience of Change Management. We are looking for someone in the Interim PMO role to 'do' as opposed to strategise. You will work in collaboration with the Transformation & Change Director, as well as the Group Procurement Director, to help achieve the target cost saving.
Culturally, you must be an individual who can engage and gain internal stakeholders' buy-in, making them receptive to change.
