HR Consultant - Project and Change Management Lead
A leading European Manufacturing business
We have been briefed on a new project by our client who is keen to implement an Employee Share Save Scheme. They need to start enrolment next May. As a result we are looking for someone who will be the Project & Change Management Lead. The successful applicant will work with the Industrial Relations Director who is the overall lead for the project. You will co-ordinate a cross functional team with contributors from tax, legal, finance, treasury, reward, payroll.
The interim we need must have implemented a scheme in the last few years (recent). Just managing one is not going to be enough as our client is starting from close to zero and has to choose vendors and systems.
Immediate start with day rate of £600 per day (outside of IR35)
Contract duration will certainly be until May next year, with potential to extend until the end of September.
