    Interim Asset and Compliance lead

    My client is looking for an interim that has operated at director level, ideally within a local authority setting. As a strong people leader, they will have lead social housing assets and compliance functions through very challenging periods, whilst keeping the workforce motivated and doing the basics really well. It is likely that you will have worked as a director of asset management within a local authority, although 'head of' level will also be considered.

    It is for a minimum of 6 months and the key deliverables will be as follows:

    1. Providing critical leadership in the compliance are to ensure KPI's significantly improve

    2. Bringing the planned investment programme back on track for delivery and spend

    3. Providing the necessary sponsorship to ensure a smooth implementation of new asset management software

    4. Working with the director team to ensure productivity remains stable

    5. Providing input and expertise for a new operating model

    This is a complex and involved piece of work that requires a resilient and astute leader

    Remuneration: £650 per day
