    • Seasoned HR Director required, to lead a team of circa 50 people including business partners, shared service / centre of excellence, and transformation programme leads.
    • 7 direct reports.
    • Reporting in to the UK CEO, this post sits in UK exec team and is part of the people and culture leadership team for the group.
    • Responsible for over 200 people, across 5 UK companies within the group.
    • 8 - 12 months contract whilst the HR operating model is reviewed and agreed. During this period a permanent incumbent will be recruited and the interim will be invited to apply.
    • We require an experienced commercial HR Director with extensive interim experience.
    • You must be comfortable hitting the ground running.
    • You must also have significant experience of leading both a team and a business through a period of transformation and cultural change.
    • We require a contemporary HR thinker with broad experience from different HR operating models as this post will involve a full review of current and future skills/capabilities needed.
    • Experience and understanding of global and European will be essential companies.
    • We require someone who can navigate in a matrix environment, as well as handle the dynamics of representing UK in the wider group context.
    • The group is also very keen to strengthen it D&I and agile working policies.
