Senior Service Design Consultant
My client, a large social housing provider in the south east is looking for some user-centred service design consultants to carry out service design reviews on a range of property services projects, not limited to but including:
Emergency repairs processes
Gaining access to property for gas safety inspections.
They are looking to drive efficiency and improve customer experience by applying user-centred service design methodologies. The organisation is a the stage where there has been demand research and customer journey mapping conducted. They are looking for service design consultants to lead 6-8 week sprints to review the data, utilise a range of methods to make solid recommendations and manage the bridge between the business stakeholders including Technology and Operations.
It is expected that the individuals will have worked with a range of methodologies including Lean and user-centred service design. It is not essential that they have worked within a social housing setting, however a working knowledge of working in a similarly regulated sector would be useful.
This work can be delivered flexibly and is expected to fall outside IR35
