    Interim Treasury and Corporate Finance Lead

    This medium sized housing association is looking for an experienced interim to lead the corporate treasury function during a challenging time for the organisation. This individual will have the ability to make their mark on the business and make key strategic decisions that will influence the organisation's financial health. Leading a small team the interim will be responsible for :

    • Leading a corporate treasury function
    • Raising debt and taking ownership of some challenging lending relationships
    • Preparing and implementing annual treasury strategy and policies
    • Responsible for raising finance from the banking and capital markets, owning the relationships with the lenders - Work with the CFO to assess and re-evaluate the Group's debt needs
    • Working with the other finance, tax, legal and internal teams to ensure that Treasury is serving the organisation's strategic objectives
    • Maintaining good relationships with lending partners, banks, external consultancies and law firms
    • Analysing and stress testing different funding methods as the need arises
    • Creating and updating rolling cash flow forecasts, as well as report on variance analysis
    • Working with the finance teams to gather up to date financial information that can be used to help determine the Group's cash and debt position
    • Close monitoring of covenants, compliance and any other loan terms for the Group

    It is essential that the individual has operated in a social housing setting and it would be advantageous if they have used BRIXX.
