Karen Jackson, Interim CEO of Southport and Ormskirk Hospitals NHS Trust, will talk about how the public and private healthcare organisations can work together. She will take us through learning points from history, the importance of the STPs and a couple of examples of successful collaborations.

About the speaker

Karen has been working as a Chief Executive within the NHS for seven years.  She is now focusing on developing wider areas of health and social care within different environments. While at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, Karen witnessed first hand the set up of a joint vehicle with Navigo and Care Plus Trust. She has unique insight into this operating model of care delivery.
