We are hosting a Breakfast event at our New Street Square offices in London on the morning of Thursday 27 September, presenting some thoughts and discussion around the post-Brexit workforce in Support Services.

In an industry where a huge percentage of our cost base is centred around a blue collar, living wage level workforce with as many as 1 in 3 who could be considered non-UK citizens, what’s the plan? What challenges does this present for our services and profitability? 

In our debate, we’re going to hear from two HR directors with experience in the Outsourcing space, given us their thoughts as to the HR implications and their personal views on the hot spots.
