It will cover creating identity during change programmes which is essential as merged and restructured organisations seek to clarify their purpose for clients and staff.

About the speaker
Leon is a Yorkshireman. He always uses science to help engage people with practical new ideas, so on completing university he worked with farmers across the Kingdom of Swaziland, Africa and then also in agricultural extension for the Botswana government.
In the United States he was Development Manager for Monsanto, again engaging the sales force and farmers in new products and ways of working. Later in Shell International, he held senior roles in product development, HR and training before embarking on a consulting career. Because his life has changed so much, he likes working in change and transformation in business.
Leon combines art and science to deliver a complete solution for clients. He has good analytical skills and judgement leading to the right solution with strong engagement, motivation and certainty to deliver. He loves the challenge of commerce and to see people and companies develop and do well.
