Terry Scuoler CBE
Terry Scuoler is chairman of the Institute of Export and International Trade, Talent Retention Solutions (TRS) and an advisor to Santander.
Prior to these roles he served for eight years as CEO of the Engineering Employers Federation, during which time he helped to substantially raise the profile of British manufacturing and engineering with government and other major stakeholders.
Terry has sat on numerous ministerial committees including the Prime Minister's and the Secretary of State for Exiting the EU's business advisory committees, and through his role at EFF has been a major contributor to a number of government whitepapers and reviews, including those on industrial strategy, corporate governance and energy pricing.
His passion and commitment to manufacturing and the enterprise culture is undoubted and in 2017 he was awarded the CBE for services to manufacturing and engineering.
