The Perfect Appointment: A Guide for Successful Hiring and Retention
When making senior appointments, a common question asked is “what is the key to success?” Businesses must consider candidates who are not only a technical match, but also a great ‘cultural fit’. We will be joined Tim Pryce, a successful CEO and NED, along with Colin Mercer, Managing Director of Wickland Westcott, to discuss how to acquire and retain a successful hire.
Date: Tuesday 25th June 2019
Time: 1:30pm to 4:00pm
Location: Interim Partners - London
Tim Pryce and Colin Mercer will be joining us for a discussion on the ‘good’, the ‘bad’ and the ‘ugly’ in the quest to find the perfect candidate that leads to optimum business performance.
Tim will share his own personal accounts of where he has led business turnaround, specifically focusing on organisational change.
Colin, as a charted occupational psychologist, will discuss the benefits of executive assessment and development and how using these techniques can deliver a high-performance culture.
