About the speakers
Tim Pryce
Tim Pryce is an experienced CEO and NED with a proven track-record of driving rapid business transformation and sustainable financial growth within the UK, US and Asian markets. He has extensive manufacturing experience and is a qualified engineer with multiple patents.
Tim is committed to championing innovation within the manufacturing and engineering industry. He is passionate about “continuous” innovation rather than just “improvement”.
Colin Mercer
Colin is the Managing Director of Wickland Westcott, a firm that provides executive search, leadership and management consultancy services. He joined the business in 1994 prior to which, he was a member of BT’s Business Psychology Group.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree (with distinction) in Occupational Psychology. He is a chartered occupational psychologist and fully qualified in psychometrics.
Colin works closely with market-leading organisations in telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, education and private equity. He operates at C-suitelevel in the areas of executive assessment and development. Colin frequently leads human capital due diligence assignments and enjoys helping businesses grow and prosper.
