A tipping point for Interim Management?
On Tuesday 8th July 2014 Interim Partners hosted a live panel event based around recent research findings. A panel of industry experts led a discussion focused on whether interim management is reaching a tipping point as it continues to become more mainstream, and what is in store for the future of interim management as a whole.
The panel was formed of:
- Anthony Hilton - Financial Editor, London Evening Standard. Author, broadcaster, journalist and lecturer, Hilton joined Fleet Street in 1968 as a trainee on The Guardian.
- Dimple Sthankiya - Interim Director of Data Analytics at PwC UK. Sthankiya is an experienced Interim Executive with over 17 years of consulting experience within the Banking Industry.
- Ad van der Rest - Chairman of the Institute of Interim Management (IIM), Interim Human Resources Director. Van der Rest has over 16 years of specialist HR experience and has served as IIM Chairman for over five years.
- Chris Roebuck - Visiting Professor at Cass, Author, Corporate Advisor. Roebuck is Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership at Cass Business School London and has previously held senior roles in UBS, HSBC, KPMG & London Underground.
