Building High Performance Teams – Managing the Mood Hoovers
On 10th December Interim Partners Healthcare practice hosted their festive ‘get together’ at The Wine Shop in Liverpool Street. Our Healthcare practice has grown again this year, and the evening was a great opportunity for Steve, Annaliese and myself to say a big think you to our interims and to celebrate working together now and in the future. We had a great turnout – 75 people joined us in the celebrations, 38% of whom were new to the Interim Partners community.
The wine was delicious, Melbec being the most popular! For wine connoisseurs out there (and I did meet a few last night!) here is a reminder of the wine that was on offer:

- Merlot Thelema, Stellenbosch, South Africa
- Chardonnay de Wetshof, Robertson, South Africa
- Pinot Gris Maude, Central Otago, New Zealand
What was your favourite? Were you as surprised as I was about how nice the Chardonnay was?
The evening was a fantastic networking opportunity and I hope that you all managed to meet new faces, as well as catch up with old colleagues. There were some great conversations and topics of the evening included; market demand drivers for interims, Foundation Trust progress, sharing of best practice, career updates and many funny stories that I perhaps shouldn’t share here!
Feedback on the night indicates to me that you would be interested in regional events and more food. I have taken note! Thank you for all the compliments I received on the evening, it’s good to hear that these events are successful.

Annaliese Rogers leads on commissioning, while Steve and I focus on the provider side. We have a new member of the team starting in January who will focus on Finance appointments. Look out for more details in my future blogs.
