Daily rates for a particular assignment are usually calculated according to a number of factors that include:
- Duration of assignment
- Location
- Level of relevant experience
- Market conditions and potential competition from others
- Level of likely satisfaction to be gained from an assignment
Typical daily rates* might be

| FDs | £1000+ |
| Programme Manager | £1000+ |
| Leadership/General Manager | £750+ |
| Operations Manager | £650+ |
| Finance, IT, HR, Project Management | £500+ |
*These rates are payable to candidates by Interim Partners and are for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Variations exist between sectors. However, an interim manager can expect to earn from £500 per day with rates rising to as much as £2000 per day.
