Carolyn supports and assists Mark Kitchen, Steve Blake and Liz Sinclair.
She started work in recruitment advertising as an administrator before moving into PA roles with Waterford Wedgwood and Percy Thomas Architects. In 1997 she joined EIM (Executive Interim Partnership) and has gone on to work for Whitehead Mann Interim Partnership and AshtonPenney. She has significant experience of working within the industry in a support and research capacity.
In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys the theatre, cinema, swimming, gym class workouts and interior design.
