Debbie Norman

Debbie Norman is responsible for company administration at Interim Partners. Debbie has significant experience supporting recruitment operations and previously spent eight years at executive search firm Whitehead Mann. Her formative career was with PwC and Schering GmbH. She joined Interim Partners in December 2004.

Debbie is responsible for ICT, HR and administration. She manages the team and administrative functions of IP’s offices in London and Harrogate and is responsible ensuring the businesses maintains its high standards of quality and service. Debbie is currently studying the Chartered Institute of Personnel qualification and is trained to administer and assess psychometric testing for candidates. She also acts as an internal trainer.

Debbie is married with one son and enjoys running, swimming and reading.
