Natalie Fennell

Natalie joined Interim Partners in July 2010 and is responsible for developing key accounts within the Financial Services practice. She recruits senior positions across all functions on a national basis.

Natalie graduated with BA Honors in Psychology and Sociology from Leeds University before spending three years as a Police Officer with West Yorkshire Police Force. She then decided to take her people and relationship building skills into the recruitment sector and developed a career with a global provider within the middle market sector. Natalie gained experience of the Financial Services sector placing qualified accountants and tax professionals at mid to senior level. After winning a major account within the NHS, she moved into an Account Management post recruiting roles across the board for the NHS.

Natalie’s hobbies include golf, the gym and cooking.
