Interim Partners awarded Investors in People

Interim Partners has been awarded the Investors in People quality standard after rigorous external assessment.

Investors in People provides a framework for acheiving optimal results from the people working within an organisation, detailing the knowledge, skills and motivational factors which maximise efficiency. Subjects such as business strategy, leadership, management effectiveness, training and performance measurement underpin the standard and serve to increase productivity from human capital.
