Brightpool - A brand new service for our clients and candidates
Interim Partners is always looking for ways to improve our service offer to interim candidates while adding value to our clients' businesses. So, in September, it was with a real sense of excitement that we launched Brightpool, a specialist recruitment consultancy aimed at matching professionally qualified middle managers to contract, interim and permanent positions within organisations in the UK and internationally.
Interim Partners will continue to supply the very best senior executives to manage businesses and lead major change programmes, Brightpool will supply middle managers in support. Interim Partners and Brightpool will share a common vision. Creating strong relationships with people based on integrity and understanding is at the core of all that we do. This requires us to be fast and effective at establishing a detailed view of our clients and their resource needs. Equally, we are passionate about understanding our candidates and their career aspirations. It's then a matter of using our consultant's sector specific experience to match resource need with the best possible talent. Once our Brightpool candidates are on assignment, state-of-the art web based technology will then support client and candidate feedback via goal setting and instant messaging in a secure career portal area.
Interim Partners has built loyal client relationships across a wide range of sectors, which the Brightpool team will leverage while it continues to identify new and exciting opportunities in both existing and new sectors. The dedicated Brightpool team is operating alongside Interim Partners at the Harrogate and London offices. Brightpool's focus is on placing candidates across all functional areas either as individuals or as teams in the private and public sectors.
Brightpool has already developed an exceptional team. However we intend to grow this team rapidly so we can support our clients by providing multi-disciplined teams. The newest additions to the Brightpool team include Gail Fitzgerald, Helen Storey, David Young and Joe Rees.
Helen Storey works out of Brightpool's Harrogate base and brings a wealth of experience gained from her time at an international recruitment company where she specialised in interim and contract Human Resources recruitment. Her focus will be the recruitment of senior HR professionals into Financial Services businesses in the North of England. Helen said: "The Brightpool concept fits perfectly with Interim Partners and I'm very excited about being involved in building a brand new business, which has to maintain the very high regard that Interim Partners has achieved."
Joe Rees is part of Brightpool's Healthcare Practice. He will be working with healthcare clients and introducing key candidates to deliver initiatives and manage gaps across a variety of finance disciplines. Prior to joining Brightpool Joe spent 4 years specialising in Finance placements at the interim recruitment division of a FTSE100 business. Joe said: "I joined Brightpool because its proposition is unique in the interim and contract markets. Interim Partners and Brightpool have a top to bottom approach, recruiting both organisational interim managers and talented contractors to deliver change. I'm also very proud to be part of a business that is a market leader and I'm looking forward to the learning experience and being able to contribute to even greater success."
Brightpool's FMCG Practice benefits from two highly talented and energetic new people. Gail Fitzgerald brings specialist experience of Finance recruitment, which she gained while working at a major Forbes 2000 global recruitment company. Based in the Company's London offices, Gail will focus on the provision of professional finance support to the FMCG market across the UK and internationally. David Young is a HR recruitment professional who has built a strong track record in Yorkshire and the North East of England. David's focus is the provision of professional HR support to the FMCG market in the North including change management, acquisition, TUPE, restructuring, redeployment, downsizing, organisational development, resourcing, learning and development and management development.
