Earlier this year the Interim Partners team enjoyed an away day, walking and abseiling in the Yorkshire Dales.
“The day gave us the opportunity to work as a team, take some time out to think about the business and also to have a bit of fun along the way” said Doug Baird, Managing Director of Interim Partners.
The team was expertly guided by Ashly Fusiarski who ensured the day ran smoothly. Ashly has recently set up a business that provides corporate away days that involve outdoor activities and one to one guiding, climbing and walking.
“I really enjoy the great outdoors and I especially like guiding individuals and small groups whether that be climbing or hiking. The company away days are fun because we like to gently stretch our clients, encouraging them to do something slightly out of the ordinary but ensuring that they are completely safe. Let's face it – it’s not everyday that you get to abseil down Malham Cove!” said Ashly Fusiarski.
Ashly has considerable experience as an event organiser and guide. This year he has been responsible for guiding groups in Peru and China. More recently he has given one to one guiding to William Hague MP and has even been involved in a new version of the Krypton Factor, which is due to return to our TV screens soon.
"Ashly’s business has been supported by grant aid from the Princes Trust. He has had a successful first year in business but please think of him if you are considering taking your business on a team building event. I also think that getting vouchers for climbing and guiding would make an excellent Christmas present” said Doug Baird.
